and so it went…

Spread the love

… this weekend, that is. Nothing particularly spectacular. The usual daily chores. The oh so not surprising order of pizza due to a severe case of cooking laziness. Tending the vege beds and watering the compost. Though last night I did get to hang at Vye’s with a couple of other friends slurping on beer and chatting… about vegetables and plotting world domination through food. Mostly an uneventful but pleasant weekend.

Though, if my memory banks were working at full bore I may have actually ventured to the Cambridge block sale. Alas, that was not to be… but fear not… tis the season of the block sales and I’ll be sure to catch a few as they come up. And yes… you will be subjected to pictures here.

This coming week promises to be chock full of all sorts of activities. How full the chock actually gets will be determined by yours truly. At this point and time one can’t be too careful about the levels of chock that one should allow to be ingested. The average system can only take so much chock. Plus, you never know where the chock comes from. Besides, chock overload could occur and lead to all sorts of other issues… not the least of which would be a severe case of chockitist. We wouldn’t want that now, would we? So, kids… remember… a little chock goes a long way. So, if a chock opportunity comes along… please be sure to chock responsibally.

So now that I’ve wasted 2.79 of your precious minutes reading this post I’ll make it up to you by posting some pics. (Not a chockful, mind you… just enough.) I know it doesn’t quite make up for the damage already done… but it’s all I have in my lint filled pocket at the moment. Though if you were already ensconced in an idle mood… head to Pandora.com and create your own radio station… I did. It’s free and fun.

My turtle dove friends sitting on the fence this morning on this whole chock full issue.

There was a chock full of work involved in operation replant… and this is what the beds now look like with the sunken bottomless pot caper.

There are a chock full of blooms on my lime bush… leading me to believe that the future will bring a chock full harvest in 3 separate waves.

Obviously, my sight impaired dog, Patch doesn’t give a chock about anything except perhaps finding a good seeing-eye human.

Cheers!
