Just thought some randomness was in order. (Or the perfect excuse for writing a short post without fully formed ideas.)
- The current access to information via the internet for facts has seemingly done little to combat idiocy. This proves that “horse to water…” thing still applies.
- I am still amazed at how time flies when I’m engaged in a project. I awoke yesterday incredulous that it was already December! Although I want it to be done… I am working slowly and deliberately on the current project so that it can be done right.
- If I were to win the lotto… I would probably shit and die… in that order.
- I used to take on more than one project at a time. Several years ago I revoked myself permission to do that… and am much happier for it… mostly.
- When I’m in a convenience store and Hostess lemon pies are on sale… I can’t help myself.
- Sometimes, “breaking the routine” can be both the best and worse thing you can do. On one hand it provides a “freshness” to the work that one is engaged in… on the other the temptation not to get back to it.
- These are dangerous times we live in. The number one danger… us.
