So, things have been tight. I know… I know… things have been tight all over. The food business I had (which for the most part was paying the bills) is no more. I tried starting it up again but even the clients I had (before I took a short break) are finding things tight… too tight to order the service. I totally understand that.
A couple of months ago I got a couple of video gigs that helped square the bills. But last month… nada… no video gigs… no web gigs… like I said… nada. Of course, this brought a little more of an edge back into my life… you know… wondering about how to pay the bills and of course the looming question of sustenance.
Sure, there has been the odd design job here and there (which I’m thankful for)… but not nearly enough to breath easier… until today. A video gig came in today which will help… and that in itself is so worth the count. And a part of that count is the breathing room this affords me to line up more gigs in the months to come. Cheers!
