Coffee at the Revue

The olive tree on Olive Ave. at “patio al fresco” of the Revue. Its been awhile since I had coffee at the Revue. This use to be my daily ritual. I would waltz in at 7 ish in the morning and leave by 9:30 for work. Those were the good old days when my schedule wasn’t as stringent as it has been in the last year. Sure there is a Statbucks only a 2 minute …

Scary Squirrel Man arrived at 6:30 and the trading began. A friend, Laura, came by as well and sold water plants. At the end of the day (which ended at 11 ish) the inventory was slashed in half and we celebrated with beers …

What’s Sarong with That?

In her most recent post Lelly alluded to the acrobatics that those of the female persuasion perform when changing in public places, while still attempting to preserve some level of modesty. Kinda like the ” slip off the bra while keeping the shirt on” thing Jennifer Beals executed in “Flashdance.” I remember first witnessing a similar tricky manuever as a kid and finding it disturbingly arousing. Actually, I still find it arousing… but far from …

Admittedly they are a couple of “screamers” sizewise. Scary Squirrel Man manhandles my cuke as I attempt to get photographic evidence of the size of this sucker. that could explain why he looks like this. As the evening rolls along the beers are flowing, conversation is buzzing and a strange wind is blowing dipping the tempretures to a nipple hardening point. By 9 PM we retire inside to warm up and view the latest version …
